Dry Shrimp Fry Rice

DRY SHRIMP FRY RICE

INGREDIENTS:
150gm of dry shrimp or (dry prawn) soak in the water about half and hour. Grind finely.
6 or 8 chillies grind finely.
10 small onions grind finely.
2 bowls of rice cooked overnight.
2 eggs.
2 stalks spring onionsd cut small cube size.
2 limes.
6 tbsp of cooking oil.
1/2 teaspoon chicken granules.
some black soy sauce.
some light soy sauce.

Method.

1. Heat up the kuali. Pour in the cooking oil. When it is hot put in small onion and fry add in some light soy sauce fry until fragrant. Then add in chillies and fry until fragrant. Add in dry shrimp and fry until fragrant. If is too dry add in some oil.

2. Add in rice then fry thoroughly then add in the black soy sauce and fry it until the rice is jumping in the kuali. Add in maggi chicken granules.

3. Lastly, add in the eggs and spring onion. Squeeze in the lime juice and serve it with hot tea or coffee.

This is my family traditional recipe from my grandmother to my mother then to me. Have a try.
